Trainer Agreement
Before you can see a roster or a client's log, you need to accept the Delta Trainer Agreement. It covers what you can see, what you can't, and what you agree to do with it.

Start with a program

Build a template once — days, exercises, methods — then assign it to every client who trains that way. Invites come second: a client who accepts should land in a program, not a blank.

A starter skeleton is one click; edit it rather than face a blank grid.

CLIENT LOG — READ ONLY

Open any client to read their logbook. No editing, no body data — those views don't exist here. A client can correct or remove their own sessions, so entries can change or disappear.

INVITE A CLIENT
They type the code into Delta. Accepting shares their name and workout log with you — never body data — and they can end it any time.

Choose an exercise

The same catalogue the app uses. Picking one pins its key, so what you author and what your client logs are the same lift.

Push

Each client decides on their phone: changes to anything they've customized wait for their OK — other updates apply on their own, and they'll always see what changed.
